Guide to the "Day After" Brunch

[ Parties Index ]
email this to a friend

Wedding guests who are from out-of-town usually leave the day after the wedding. However, for those guests who are still in town a "day after" brunch is usually held.

  • Since the days leading up to, and including the day of, the wedding can prove very taxing for the bride and groom and their parents, the "day after" brunch gives them the opportunity to relax and catch up with family and friends who have come from far away.

  • Usually hosted by the bride's family

  • The bride, groom, both sets of parents and out-of-town guests are in attendance

  • Usually hosted in an informal setting such as a backyard barbeque or pool party
